Frozen Bones EP Cover-Window Seats

I am super excited to unveil the new EP cover ‘Frozen Bones’ for the awesome Window Seats. Frozen Bones is raw and confrontational 5 track EP launching in December. I am lucky enough to have worked with the boys on 2 previous covers and we wanted to follow in a similar vein with the creation of a new male character. I wanted to create a character that would capture the onlooker’s gaze. When something is frozen it has the dual perception of being both strong and yet immensely fragile so I wanted to capture this feeling within the illustration. The finished piece combines a strong masculine energy with a delicate air of mystery. It was a pleasure to work with the boys again to create an image to compliment the Window Seats sound xox

I created a new illustration for Amelia's Magazine online blog of the Swedish chillwave musicians Pallers ahead of their upcoming release 'The Sea of Memories' from Labrador Records.Very cool : )xox

I got a really fun commission from AU magazine to create an illustration based on Funkadelic’s Album Maggot Brain. The original album cover is quite dark and arresting so I wanted to create an illustration that was fresh, dynamic and captured the raw energy of this album. Fun times! : )

I worked on 2 briefs this month for AU Magazine. The first illustration was for Rockstar Games and looked at it’s new release L.A Noire.The final illustration did not make it to print but I enjoyed working on it creating an illustration from water colour/fur/diamonds. I then created an illustration reflecting an article that looked at Alan Berg who was an assassinated talk show host. I really enjoyed the challenge of portraying this story within an illustration. This illustration can be found within issue 74 of the awesome AU.

An image I created called Noire was published in a Fashion Nouveau book. It is a wonderful resource of imagery inspired by the artist’s interpretation of fashion nouveau. The book can be viewed as an online PDF at the link below.My image is featured on page 69.There is some really beautiful work within.
